Our nursing directors recruit, screen, and train caregivers with the superior skills and empathy. Care is given to match care givers who meet your needs and desires. In addition, all of T & T’s care givers are thoroughly screened through interviews and background and reference checks. In addition they must:

• Have the proven skills, knowledge, and temperament to provide the care needed for a specific assignment

• Agree to meet the time commitment related to a specific assignment

• Attend “In Service” training to ensure that all staff are current on relevant medical processes, medical procedures, and changes in laws and regulations

• Agree to adhere to T & T’s “Eleven Commandments of Patient Care®” (as stated under the “About T & T Nursing Services” section of this web site)

• Meet all the requirements as stated by the Agency of Health Care Administration, State of Florida, Chapter 400 and 59-A-18 (AHCA )

• Have a current State of Florida License (RN , LPN and CNA’s only)

• Pass a Level I and Level II background screening including a fingerprint check through the FBI

• Be CPR Certified – Adult and Pediatrics

• Have a state required health communicable diseases clearance

• Show proof of individual malpractice insurance

• Have a current Driver's License

• Show proof of Automobile Insurance
